Rental conditions
The rooms are primarily rented to students at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences -Music and Arts.
The rental costs are CHF 500 per month. This includes all additional costs (water, heat, etc.), internet connection, WiFi and free use of the rehearsal rooms including equipment such as grand pianos, drum sets, etc.
